2026 HWEI Employee Survey Data Analysis

This year marks the sixth anniversary of the annual Health + Wellbeing Workplace Equality Index (HWEI) Employee Survey – helping organisations to evaluate the inclusivity of their services for LGBTQ+ clients and service users.

This year, 18 organisations participated in the survey, receiving a collective 2277 responses, or the second largest year to date.
